When you connect, LinkedIn gives us an access token and your basic profile (member ID, name, and email and picture if shared). When you publish, we send the text, link, title, description and image you provide to LinkedIn. We also keep technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes).
Only to publish or delete posts you ask for and to show which account is connected. No advertising, profiling, resale or model training.
Your LinkedIn access token and member ID are stored encrypted, tied to your connection, until the token expires (at most 60 days) or you disconnect. Post content is not stored after it is sent to LinkedIn. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days.
Post content goes to LinkedIn, which publishes it under its own terms. Requests pass through the AI assistant you use (for example Anthropic Claude), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare hosts the service on our behalf. We disclose data only if required by law.
Disconnect PostDesk in your AI assistant, or remove it under LinkedIn Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services, to revoke access. For access or deletion requests email support@magicteams.ai; we answer within 30 days.
